Early College Club
The Early College Club meets every other Friday during lunch in Room A-13.
Purpose:
- The Early College Club is made up of students who are
members of the Piner Early College Magnet Program. Students enroll
concurrently in SRJC classes and Piner High School classes to get a head
start in college
- Because our students do over and above the traditional high school
student coursework, we award them with a stole to be worn at graduation
that signifies their participation in the program. Due to the fact that
our program has no money for supplies, we raise money to reduce the cost
of the stoles for the parents and students. Last year we made over $800
in just two fundraisers and this year we hope to raise over $2000. We
also hope to become involved in community service projects to shine a
spotlight on Piner High School and the Early College Magnet Program
