As technology companies extend their supply chains across the globe, they face increased

risksaoc power

leveling, associated with product planning, supply availability and customer demand. A

supply chain designed to be lean and demand-driven mitigates the effects of risk due to

inherent flexibilityand readily deployable production options. To determine the most effective

optimized configuration strategy requires in-depth analysis of the total value of the

extended supply chain, including forecasting, materials planning, channel management and

customer fulfillment. This white paper will show you how.
